- 500g of beef mince
- 1 diced onion
- 1/3 cup of tomato sauce or pasta sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Place the onion and beef in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Stir in sauces, add in vegetables and cook for 1 minute.
Skin and half potatoes and put in a pot with water to boil.
Drain water and mash potatoes with butter, milk and cheese
Spread beef mixture in a dish and spoon potato mixture on top.
Place in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
Serve and enjoy!
