Preheat the oven to 180C and grease a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
Boil macaroni for about 8 minutes and then drain. Stir in butter, a whisked egg, salt, pepper, paprika and a cup of cheese, and mix through well.
Next spoon the mixture into the muffin tray and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden, cool and then serve.
