Rainbow fruit skewers

Ingredients

  • 8 bamboo sticks
  • Chopped fruit of your choice - we used strawberries, rock melon, pineapple, kiwifruit, blueberries and grapes.

Directions

  • Step 1

    Chop fruit into small bite size pieces. 

  • Step 2

    Thread onto skewers from top to bottom and serve either on its own or dip with yoghurt.
