Very berry smoothie

Made from berries, low fat yoghurt, flax seeds, milk and a banana, you’ll satisfy your tummy while working towards a healthier you!

  • Serves: 2
  • Time needed: 3 minutes

  • 2 tbsp of ground flax seed
  • ½ a banana
  • ½ a cup of frozen blueberries
  • ½ a cup of frozen strawberries
  • ½ a cup of frozen raspberries
  • 100g of low fat Greek Style yoghurt
  • 300 mls of milk (your choice of low-fat, almond, rice milk)


  • Top tip!

    The ground flax seeds have a very subtle taste and is a great affordable option for some extra fibre. Simply add a table spoon per person to your smoothie.

    Step 1

    Blend everything together, transfer into glasses and garnish (optional) with some fresh berries
