  • 1 large papaya, halved, peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 small bunch basil, leaves only, plus extra to garnish
  • 400 g | 1 1/2 cups plain yoghurt
  • 500 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 400 g | 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
