  • 70 g | 1/2 cup dried cranberries, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
  • 2 large Rocha pears, quartered, cored, and peeled
  • 1 large banana, chopped
  • 600 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 250 g | 1 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 400 g | 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
