Basic: Waterwise landscaping and Colorbond fencing package^
All Wildflower residents will receive a complimentary waterwise front landscaping package. Also, your home will be future-proofed by complying with our design essentials:
- Going all electric - We have no mains gas to our community.
- Being EV-ready - Simply add a power point and 20mm conduit to your garage.
- Cooling your roof - Reflect heat away from your home by choosing a light-coloured roof.
Better: Total reward up to $3,000^ and up to 27% off your energy costs**
You've come this far, why not treat yourself to any of these upgrades? You'll reap the benefits of reduced energy bills, as well as more rewards.
- Induction cooktop - Upgrade your cooktop and we'll reward you with $1,000^.
- Heat pump hot water system - Heat your water more efficiently and you'll get a $1,000^ reward.
- Solar panels - Install at least a 2kW solar system and we'll put $1,000^ toward the cost.
Best: Total reward of $5,000^ and up to 53% off your energy costs**
Feeling on a roll? If you've chosen all three upgrades, you'll get a little something extra - a further $2,000^ reward!
