Grand Opening of Elara Village Shopping Centre
The long awaited and highly anticipated Elara Village shopping centre opened on Wednesday at our Elara Community in Marsden Park. The $52 million shopping centre has a total GLA of 8,181m2 and includes a 3,573m2 full-line Coles supermarket, Liqourland, 14 specialty stores as well as a medical centre, childcare centre and the Marsden Park neighbourhood centre.
Elara Village is a great new local destination that is located in the heart of our Elara Residential community. It is set to generate more than $165 million in the local economy over the first 12 months as well as introducing more than 250 new jobs to the Marsden Park area.
