Last Friday was an exciting day at Elara! With the sod-turning event to commence construction of the brand new Elara Village Neighbourhood centre.
On the day we had John Hunter, Chief Financial Officer from Eildon Funds Management, joined by Hon. Dominic Perrottet, Treasurer of NSW, Prue Car MP, Cr Brad Bunting from Blacktown City Council and Richard Rhydderch, General Manager Residential from Stockland.
The milestone has kickstarted a momentousness movement as once complete, the new Elara Village will feature a full-line Coles supermarket and Liquorland, child care centre, medical centre, gym, food and dining precinct, specialty shops and a Council community centre.
The village centre is expected to be completed late 2021, however Eildon will monitor the COVID-19 situation as it continues to evolve and will continue to update the community on construction timeframes.
