At The Gables, we know it takes a lot more than bricks and mortar to create a thriving community. Our annual Liveability Index Survey measures what matters to our residents, so we can design our communities around what’s important.
The Liveability Index Survey invites feedback on all aspects of the community - from quality of build and natural environments, to how it's design supports mental and physical wellbeing.
We will continue to work closely with Hill Shire Council to deliver The Gables lake, the first playing field and neighbourhood shopping centre.
In relation to the playing fields, landscape architects have been engaged to finalise designs and we are targeting obtaining
all necessary approvals by the end of 2021. Architects are working on the design of the neighbourhood shopping centre and are targeting lodgement of DA end of 2021.
Feel part of the community and get to know your neighbours at regular events. We will hold a variety of events throughout the year from school holiday activities for the kids, to weekly boot camp sessions and more!
The Gables now has a number of bus services in operation throughout the estate. These services (740 and 741) connect our residents to important locations in the region such as Rouse Hill Town Centre and Riverstone Train station. We encourage residents to channel additional bus route requests with Council directly.
