In 2019 both our home and our investment property were inundated with flood water in the February floods. After months of much stress and tears, we were finally given the chance to choose our own builder to complete the rebuild of our investment property. After speaking with a number of different builders, we decided to build our home with Gedoun Constructions back in 2019/2020. We loved the idea of working with a local builder and were so impressed by their personable service and inclusions, which were an absolute stand out compared to other builders. Our building commenced in December of 2020 and we had our keys ready to move in a little over 3 months later. The build was quick and yet no attention to detail was spared. We are absolutely in love with our home and are constantly complemented on the high standard of the build and all of our finishes. Not only were we constantly supported by the entire Gedoun team throughout our build with them answering questions, offering advice, working with our budget constraints and last-minute changes, but we were constantly able to inspect just because we were excited to see the progress.
