Stockland commits to releasing 100 homes under $500,000 throughout September

There’s never been a better time to buy with Stockland, Australia’s largest residential developer, launching a major new campaign this Spring with 100 housing options under $500,000*.

For the month of September, 100 town homes and house and land packages will be available across six communities across Victoria for less than $500,000 - at least $340,000 below Melbourne’s March 2018 quarter median house price of $840,000**.

Stockland has a long-standing commitment to delivering a diverse range of quality and affordable housing options in highly liveable communities that are well connected to infrastructure, schools, local jobs and services.

Currently more than half of all Stockland residential customers nationally are first home buyers and almost three quarters owner-occupiers. Over the past 12 months specifically Stockland has sold over 670 residential lots to first home buyers across Victoria, creating more housing options for first home buyers than any other property developer.

The 100 Homes under $500,000* initiative includes a range of housing options at six of Stockland’s masterplanned communities across Melbourne – Highlands at Craigieburn (including the Eastside at Highlands townhomes), The Grove at Tarneit, Cloverton at Kalkallo, Mt Atkinson at Truganina, Grandview at Truganina and Edgebrook at Clyde.

First Home Buyers may also be able to access the Victorian Government Stamp Duty concessions currently available. For more information and eligibility details please visit: www.sro.vic.gov.au/first-home-owner

The initiative runs until 30 September 2018.
