At Orion we are excited to be partnering with Sustainability Victoria’s Zero Net Carbon Homes Program, and have created a townhome that is designed, built and tested for energy-efficiency and comfort.
Stockland Orion is proud to be participating in 2020 Sustainable House Day, with our pilot ‘Apollo’ Zero Net Carbon home. Sustainable House Day provides the opportunity to explore some of Australia’s most unique and inspiring homes.
A Zero Net Carbon home combines an energy efficient building design and fixed appliances with a solar energy system to help reduce running costs, increase comfort and curb carbon emissions.
