You might remember Nikki from a previous video. In late 2022, we interviewed her just after she purchased land at Stockland Evergreen, and now she’s been living in her beautiful new 3-bedroom home with her son Kyro, for three months.
Nikki works in the office and from home and owns a side-business [Sweet Event Cupcakes]. She bakes all her sweet treats in her new kitchen featuring a Butler’s Pantry and SMEG appliances.
