What interested you most about Haven?
Our interest was first sparked by Havens location, being situated in Altona North the Location and proximity to Melbourne CBD along with so many other great suburbs such as Yarraville and Williamstown just being a step away It was perfect. Once the floor plans had been revealed to us we knew this was the place for us.
What made you decide to purchase? Especially given in these circumstances (Covid-19)
We had already been looking to purchase prior to Covid-19 we were lucky enough to stumble across this project (Haven) at the perfect time!
Any advice for those who may be looking to purchase at Haven?
To just make sure that an off-the-plan purchase is something they’re happy with as you may not realise that even the most simple or slightest changes of internal design or features no matter how small they may seem cannot be changed, what you see is what you get.
Was there anything that we at Stockland could improve on?
Our experience with the sales team and specifically Sales Associate Tiarna Clarke was very comforting, any issues or help required they were only a phone call or email away. My only suggestion would be flexibility towards small changes that don’t have an impact on the design etc.
