At Waterlea, we know it takes a lot more than bricks and mortar to create a thriving community. Our annual Liveability Survey measures what matters to our residents, so we can design our communities around what’s important.
The Liveability Survey invites feedback on all aspects of the community - from quality of built and natural environments, to how its design supports mental and physical well being.
Development and continuation of a variety of community programs, events and initiatives to promote healthy lifestyles and create connection for residents.
Stockland will continue to deliver a higher standard of living through high-quality, sustainable and architecturally-designed homes.
Continue working with council to ensure parks, streetscapes and roads are maintained and tidy to ensure areas are safe and well presented.
“People are friendly and our townhouse is perfect. Also the Stamford parks and close proximity to Stud Road park is great”
“Whenever we needed an answer to our query, Stockland staff have assisted. Everything with the build was delivered on time even during a pandemic. They were flexible and accommodating during a difficult time. Our home is exactly how it looked in the display, as they said it would”.
“I liked that during lockdown we weren’t forgotten. Online events were organised including a food hamper and voucher which was great timing for our birthday’s! I can’t wait to enjoy more events in the future”.
