Brabham is positioned at the heart of Perth’s north east growth corridor. Residents are well placed to capitalise on the growing population and infrastructure in the area.

Situated west of the Swan Valley and just 20km from Perth’s CBD, Brabham is marked as a key focus area within the City of Swan’s Urban Growth Corridor.

The Corridor is forecast to grow at more than twice the rate of Greater Perth over the next decade*. Brabham is proving to be particularly popular with young families, the interest fuelled by significant investment in infrastructure in the area.

The $1.02 billion NorthLink WA recent road upgrade is transforming the region, reducing commute times and easing road congestion.

The Whiteman Edge community in Brabham is perfectly placed to benefit from the planned Whiteman Station, part of the Metronet Morley-Ellenbrook train line which will deliver residents to Perth’s CBD in 25 minutes.

Brabham Primary School is set to welcome students from 2021. Recently appointed Principal, Anika Blackmore said “I look forward to working to make sure every child at our school receives the very best educational experience possible”.

The future Whiteman Edge town centre recently reached an important milestone with Coles set to deliver a new supermarket and supporting specialty shops within Brabham. Nearby Ellenbrook Central offers a large scale shopping centre including Aldi and Kmart is soon to open.

The sense of community spirit is what attracted homebuyer Alpeshkumar Pindoriya to Whiteman Edge. The Brabham local said his brother-in-law and several friends had already built their dream homes within the community and found the neighbourhood to be inclusive and family-friendly.

“Whiteman Edge offers such a welcoming environment, excellent amenities such as the Jungle Park help strengthen those community bonds as it’s such a magnet for so many residents, allowing you to meet the locals and build new relationships.” Mr Pindoriya said.

Stockland’s Whiteman Edge is perfectly placed for growth, conveniently located between the city, the Swan Valley and neighbouring Whiteman Park. With house and land packages from $293,800^, it's the perfect place to build a bright future.
