Community Bus Service

Stockland, the Caroline Springs RSL and Edmund Rice Services have partnered together to provide residents living in Grandview with a FREE Community Bus service to help commuters get to and from Rockbank Train Station. There are currently three morning and afternoon services, with plans to add additional times as required.

Grand Boulevard Road Works

In late-2022, roadworks started on the extension of Grand Boulevard, linking Grandview and Mt. Atkinson with the broader community. Grand Boulevard will connect in with Greigs Rd near Altezze Drive, and become a key road for residents travelling east or west. Construction is progressing well with works set to commence on the Altezze / Grand Blvd intersection in late January 2024. Whilst these works are underway access into Grandview will be diverted through Panaia Blvd. Completion of this significant infrastructure project is scheduled for mid-2024.

Highline Park is NOW OPEN

Highline Park is officially open! Swings, slides, and seating areas, this park is the perfect place for families to come together as a community.

Future Wetlands

Construction of the Grandview Wetlands have begun. Featuring walking paths and seating areas, this spot will become the perfect place to relax and unwind. Carefully chosen plants will act as a natural stormwater filter, and create vital habitat for local wildlife.

Mt. Atkinson Conservation Reserve

Stockland is in the process of consulting with all relevant authorities on the design of the Mt. Atkinson Conservation Reserve. Situated at the top of Mount Atkinson, this massive reserve will offer scenic views of the city skyline, Port Phillip Bay and surrounding mountains. This new green space will offer Grandview residents an abundance of choice! Enjoy a casual walk to the summit, a picnic in the sun, kick a ball with friends, or use the network of paths as a great place to stay healthy and active. With preliminary works underway, we will continue to update the community as things progress.

Proposed Grandview Primary School

Stockland is working with relevant authorities on the acquisition and funding of the proposed Grandview public primary school site. Once further information becomes available we will provide an update to the community.
