For 70 years, Stockland has been creating communities where people want to live. From exercise areas to dog parks and from playgrounds to easy access to public transport, schools and shopping centres, we plan with lifestyle and liveability in mind.
That means you get to spend more time on the things you value. That could include taking a quick break from working in your home office to walk to the nearest school to pick the kids up, and still getting back in time for your 4pm meeting. Or joining your friends from the community in a book club or wine-tasting group.
At Stockland, we believe there is a better way to live, so all our communities are designed with the lifestyle of our current and future residents in mind.
As well as delivering outstanding quality of life, buying a home in a Stockland community presents an affordable option – when compared with Core Logic’s median value of properties in Australian capital cities (Aug 2022).

From architecturally designed townhomes to house and land packages, Stockland has a range of house types for you to choose from in order to find your dream home. Learn more about Stockland house types.
If you decide a house and land package is the right option for you, Stephanie Mackenzie, General Manager – Sales at Stockland, has this fantastic money-saving tip.
“Stockland works with builders to present a range of size and cost-efficient house and land packages on each lot. This gives you a flavour of what designs will fit best and the total package cost.
“A great way of getting even more value for money is by purchasing an irregular-shaped block. They often cost less per square metre compared to standard blocks. Plus they give you the opportunity to get creative with home floorplans and outdoor area designs!”
Another option that could save you money is buying a smaller block of land and building a double-storey home instead of a single-storey one. And if you’re worried that smaller land means a smaller backyard, just make sure you’re in easy walking distance of a park so you can still enjoy some time outdoors. Just do your homework and seek expert advice if necessary to make sure this is definitely the best – and most affordable - option for you.
