Stockland is seeking to inspire a new generation of female artists to pick up their paint brushes, pencils, modelling clay or digital medium of choice and enter the Ravenswood Australian Women’s Art Prize 2020.

The Ravenswood Australian Women's Art Prize is an annual prize that was launched in 2017 to advance art and opportunity for emerging and established female artists in Australia.

This year, Ravenswood is excited to announce a new third category for the Art Prize, the Indigenous Emerging Artist Prize.

The three prize categories are the Professional Artist Prize of $35,000, the Emerging Artist Prize of $5,000 and the Indigenous Emerging Artist Prize of $5,000.

Artwork judging will be overseen by Ravenswood Australian Women's Art Prize Patron and acclaimed artist, Jennifer Turpin.
