Customer Care Relocation
The relocation of our customer care desk will allow easier access for mobility equipment hire and customer enquiries
Members of our Customer Care team are available to help make shopping easier for you.
You can now find the Customer Care desk in its new home, located near Noni B and Specsavers.
Car park upgrades
In response to community feedback, works are underway to improve your parking experience at Stockland Forster. Upgrades to ensure customers can enter, navigate within and exit Stockland's carpark safely and conveniently commenced In August 2022.
Updates includes new line-marking, signage, trolley bays, wheel stops, refreshed landscaping and improved access to accessible and specialty parking bays.

Return and Earn
To accommodate upcoming improvements to Woolworths, the Return and Earn NSW recycling unit has been relocated, and can now be found outside the eastern entrance, near ALDI.
The facility is open daily from 7am-10pm and refunds the majority of containers between 150ml and 3 litres.
Accepts - cans, bottles, cartons (milk cartons under 1L), juice boxes and poppers.
Does not accept - milk containers larger than 1L, glass wine bottles, glass spirit bottles, juice bottles over 1L, cordial bottles
Noting items for recycling must;
- Be empty
- Have label attached
- Not be crushed or broken
