1. Tell us about your store

Salt n Pepper is a multi-functional store that includes coffee along with our splendid breakfast menu, hot food, classic sandwiches, fresh salads and premade food. Out catering service is what makes our store shine, providing a large range of different products for customers to choose from.

2. What drives you and the team to success?

A major factor that leads to our success, which is also what I believe is essential, is excellent customer service. Our abnormal customer service paired with fresh, good quality foods, reasonable prices and stable regular customers are what ultimately leads to our success.

3. What did you wish customers know before they visited your store?

I would like the customers to know about our special customer service along with the fact that there aren't many stores like us that are willing to make orders on demand are limited in the CBD. We create our food on the spot immediately when the customer makes their order. This enhances the freshness of our products along with the mouth-watering tastes that are unforgettable. Also, we welcome all customers with a friendly and inviting attitude.

4. What do you love most about your job?

I am the store manager and my everyday duties include customer service, production of food and catering management. I personally providing customer service as not only do I get positive feedback on the food we offer but I also enjoy talking to my customers about everyday life. I believe that my welcoming status to draw customers closer towards Salt n Pepper are what attracts the majority of my customer base.

5. How have you coped with COVID-19 and what are you looking forward to?

Unfortunately, due to COVID-9, our store faced a temporary closure that lasted about a month. However, during these times we have planned and taken into action how we could improve our business. Due to the exponentially decreasing numbers of COVID-19 confirmed cases, our store has reopened with better service. I wish for my customers to know that we have reopened and I am looking forward to their gradual return.

6. What special offers are you currently offering?

With the reopening of our store, we are offering $2 coca cola with any meal purchase at Salt n Pepper.
