We caught up with Joe from Ace Pharmacy, Tim from Sports & Spinal Baringa and Cherie from Caloundra City Realty to find out a little bit about them and how they can help our local community.

Joe Zhou | Pharmacy Manager at Ace Pharmacy

Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy
Years of experience: 15 years
What do you enjoy most about your job? Good health is so important and being involved in healthcare allows me to make a difference everyday. Ace Pharmacy is a new pharmacy group with a strong focus on specialised and complex medications, and is at the forefront of community pharmacy innovation.

I pride myself in understanding my customers and having the knowledge about best products/medications to help them achieve their health needs.


Tim Lynch | Sports & Spinal Baringa

Qualification: APA Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist; APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Years of experience: 15 years
What do you enjoy most about your job? The best part of my job is being able to help people to achieve their goals.

I have a passion for providing accurate assessments and treatment plans for both acute and chronic injuries, with a focus on enabling patients to stay active and get to where they want to be.

I am firm believer in patient education, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the development of individual exercise programs for people of all ages.

I’ve undertaken several external physiotherapy courses which have given me further knowledge of treatment modalities including advanced manual therapy skills, dry needling, hydrotherapy, and Pain Science Education.

Cherie Goodwin | Caloundra City Realty

Qualification: Investor Manager
Years of experience: 33 years
What do you enjoy most about your job? I enjoy assisting investors and property owners with advice and rent appraisals.

I am also able to use my 33 years industry experience and extensive local knowledge in Caloundra to help my clients with their investments and properties.
