Meet Kylie from Rockmans
Tell us about your store.
After 18 months of Stockland Wendouree not having a Rockmans store in the centre so many people were excited to have us back. We stock a fantastic range of women's clothing and accessories with three different brands for all ages and a style to suit everyone.
We have our Rockmans range size 8 to 18, then we have our beme range which is sized 14 to 26 and we also have our Table Eight brand which is our designer range size 8 to 18.
Then we have our Amber Rose Collection accessories with a fantastic range of bags, sunglasses, scarves and jewellery.
What do you love about your store?
I love the fact that it doesn’t matter what age, size or shape you are we always have something that will suit you. Most of all I love our team, we will always go above and beyond to make your shopping experience the best.
Why do you think shopping centres are important?
Shopping centres are important because you can come in to meet up with your friends and visit your favourite stores. You also get a personal shopping experience that you can’t get online!
What is your current role and main responsibilities?
I am the store manager and my main responsibilities are making sure my girls and I are always providing exceptional customer service and having the best knowledge of all off our products. We have the best time styling our customers from head to toe to make them feel and look their best!
What do you love most about your job?
I love our customers! We by far have the best customers, some I have have shopping with me since I started at Rockmans 9 years ago. And I love the fact that I have a fantastic team, my little work family.
Do you have a funny story you would like to share?
My funny story happens every time I have a customer come in and can’t be bothered to try on our jeans and every time I tell them how to tell if they will fit. They look at me funny, but I must add I am never wrong. If you’re wondering how I know - you wrap them around your neck! It never fails me come in and try it.
