      There are a wide range of centre services and amenities at Stockland Wendouree and we are always willing to hear if you require further assistance. Please feel free to let us know.

      Customer Care

      the New Customer Care is located in the Centre Management Office down the amentities corridor and can assist with all centre services, including the hire of mobility equipment, gift card sales, lost property and transport enquiries.

      Accessible Amenities

      We have three accessible restrooms in Stockland Wendouree, one in our Casual Dining Precinct and two are located in the main amenities corridor in the middle of the building. 

      The restroom closest to the parents room is an Adult Change Space and features:  

      • An adult sized change table and a full range ceiling hoist.

      Disabled parking spaces are located close to the Centre entrances for customer convenience and we also have electric scooters and wheelchairs for free hire from our Centre Management Office.

      Gift Cards

      No matter how well you know someone, sometimes it’s hard to find the right present. Give the gift of choice with a Stockland Gift Card. Starting from just $10, a Stockland Gift Card can be spent in any all stores that use eftpos facilities in any Stockland Shopping Centre in Australia.

      The Stockland Gift Card can be purchased from the Centre Management office. See in centre for a list of participating stores. Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and have a $1.50 activation fee.


      Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program

      Stockland Wendouree is proud to offer the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in-centre. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is to support people with a hidden disability by making the invisible, visible by indicating a person may need additional support or a little more time. To learn more about the program, visit our news page.

      To pick up a free Sunflower lanyard, pin or wristband, visit our friendly Centre Management team located near the Parents Room.

      Lost and Found

      If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it. For lost and found property enquiries, make your way to Centre Management located down the amenities corridor in the near the centre of the shopping centre or call 5339 5131.


      Mobility Equipment

      Motorised Scooters and Wheelchairs are available for hire, free of charge from Centre Management.

      Parents Room

      Our well-equipped Parents Room is located in the amenities corridor.

      Facilities include:
      • Change tables
      • Nappy bins
      • Wash basins
      • Play area for the kids
      • Bottle warming - microwave
      • Private feeding rooms
      • Toilets

      Parents with Prams

      Parents with Prams parking is located at each carpark entrance to the centre.
