Meet Alex of Salon 7
Tell us about your store.
Salon 7 is a Hairdresser and Beauty Salon that offers cuts, colours, perms, waxing, facials and massages. We are the new kids on the block at Stockland Wendouree having opened in September 2019.
What are common customer questions you get?
How do I get box colour out of my hair? The answer sadly is lots of bleach, hair damage and sometimes not the perfect result. It can take some time to get it back to normal.
What are customers wanting right now?
Everyone wants us to fix their isolation haircuts and colours!
What did you wish customers knew before they visited your store?
We wished our customer had realistic goals for their hair and also knew the prices of our services.
What are your current roles and main responsibilities?
I am the Senior Hairstylist and Manager. I get the best of both worlds, styling people's hair and helping out the other stylists as much as I am able.
How have you coped with COVID-19 and what are you looking forward to?
We have stayed open throughout COVID-19 to be here for our customers which has been really well received. We are really looking forward to being able to have more than 10 people in our store again and not wearing masks!
