Something new is coming!
Stockland Wendouree is excited to share that Guzman y Gomez will be opening a drive through restaurant at the centre. Works for this upgrade have begun and we expect them to be complete in mid 2024. We're also working on building a new carpark on the north side of the centre to ensure no carpark spaces have been lost with the addition of the drive through restaurant.
TEMPORARY DEVELOPMENT CHANGES
Please be advised that the carpark entry on Norman Street is now open. Please note that the works will re-commence in January. We apologise for any inconvenience caused while undergoing construction to bring you a new carpark.
In exciting news, the western facade upgrade is now complete. This means that our taxi rank has been returned to its permanent position in the west. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope that you bear with us while we bring you some exciting changes.
What changes are happening?
- Guzman y Gomez will be opening as a drive through restaurant to the Gillies Street side of the Centre near the first carpark entrance. The carparks in that area will be closed during construction and will re-open once the works for Guzman y Gomez are complete.
- The footpath into the centre at the Norman Street carpark entrance will be temporarily closed while we create an additional carpark for customers in the vacant lot. If you are visiting the centre by foot, please be sure to follow the directional signage to access the nearest pedestrian path for your convenience and safety.
- Greenstar Car Wash licensed parking will be temporarily relocated adjacent to My Dentist.
Stockland Wendouree will continue to provide you with a convenient and comfortable shopping experience throughout the works. No main access roads throughout the carpark are expected to be impacted during these upgrades and all services will still be available.
