1. Tell us about your store?
Chemistworks Wetherill Park is a rare 24 hour pharmacy featuring a wide range of health and beauty brands and services. Chemistworks Wetherill Park is a long standing family owned business that prides itself on a holistic approach of customer care.
2. What products, services or experiences do you offer?
Our product range is selective however at the same time quite large, hosting a number of brands not commonly seen in a pharmacy like Ultraceuticals, Dermalogica, Glasshouse Fragrances and Inglot Cosmetics.
However our services is what we really pride ourselves on, as we lead the ever changing pharmacy landscape to bring Sleep Apnoea Testing and a Diabetes Clinic alongside Compounding, Immunisations, DAAs, Opioid Substitution, Weight loss Clinic, Ear Piercing, Beauty Clinic, professional Beauty Makeovers, and a same-day home delivery service. Not to mention we work alongside a Medical Centre which is also open till late.
3. What do you love about your store?
I love the fact that we are open 24 hours and offer such an extensive range of products and services throughout the day and night.
4. What are some common customer questions you get?
What time do you close? Haha never, we are open 24 hours!
5. What do you love about our local community?
The fact that our local community is so diverse and multicultural. For most of my day I am communicating in either Assyrian or Arabic - just to give you an idea. We see people of all cultural backgrounds and when you pair low health literacy with a difficulty in understanding English, we are truly able to make a difference where it’s needed.
