Treat your bed frame like a blank canvas. Opt for a neutral base, (for us, it’s hard to go past a crisp, white, hotel-style sheet), and then pick up your paintbrush!
Use colour carefully. Bring the beach home with you and add a dash of cool Mediterranean blue to your bedspread with some purposefully-placed pillows. Experiment with patterns and shades and bring your bedroom to life with these super stylish (not to mention soft) pieces.
Clear your bedside table of its usual chaos and keep it simple with nothing more than a lamp and a plant. If you’re feeling creative, why not add a second succulent? A little bit of greenery will do wonders for the overall ambience.
Keep it consistent with a matching mat, ottoman and throw, and be prepared to bask in the glory of your new little slice of heaven.
