Greek Lamb Skewers

  • Serves: 4

  • Difficulty Easy

  • 1 cup of natural yoghurt
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon of Tuscan seasoning
  • 550g of diced lamb
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 8 small mushrooms, thickly chopped
  • 1 red capsicum, thickly sliced
  • 1 bag of spinach
  • 1 small block of feta, chopped into chunks
  • Olives (optional)


  • Step 1

    Combine yoghurt, garlic, and mint in a bowl. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. 

  • Step 2

    Put the Tuscan seasoning into a large ziplock bag and add the lamb. Massage the seasoning into the lamb well, until all pieces are covered. 

  • Step 3

    On skewers, place lamb pieces, mushrooms and capsicum, layering until the stick is complete. 

  • Step 4

    Finish with a drizzle of olive oil.

  • Step 5

    Grill on a medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side. 

  • Step 6

    Place skewers on a bed of spinach, feta and olives. Top with yoghurt dressing and serve.
