Salami, strawberry and mozzarella skewers

  1. Cut salami into thin slices
  2. Thread hulled strawberries, salami and mozzarella in alternate order onto metal skewers. If using bamboo skewers, make sure you soak them in water for at least 15 minutes before threading.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Place skewers onto a serving dish and serve chilled.

  • 2 large punnets of strawberries
  • 300g of your favourite whole salami
  • A container of whole small fresh mozzarella
