Dragon Hotpot is NOW OPEN at Stockland Point Cook!


Dragon Hot Pot’s soup bases are based on century old hot pot recipes: "Our malatang is the celebration of flavors, where the magic of Sichuan pepper, star anise, and more come together to elevate your taste buds. We provide a selection of five base stocks complemented by an array of over 100 fresh ingredients. Customers can curate their own personalised bowls, transforming a simple broth into a lavish feast."

“Our signature broth is meticulously crafted, incorporating a blend of more than 23 herbs and spices, including the highly-prized Sichuan pepper, star anise, clove, and black cardamom. Slow-cooked for over 12 hours using a combination of pork and beef bones, it delivers a rich and aromatic experience. For those with a plant-based preference, an alternative vegan version is also on offer.”

Looking for something spicy?
Manager, Kan Jian, recommends considering the hot and sour broth, accentuated with Chinese vinegar, chili oil, and Sichuan hot and sour sauce - Yum!

“Both broth options come in four spiciness levels, ranging from mild to dragon hot. If desired, you can further customize the spice level with additional chili and Sichuan pepper oil at your table, although it may not be necessary,” he says. “For those seeking a milder taste, our rich and creamy collagen bone broth offers a delightful alternative.”
