      Customer Care

      Stockland Point Cook Customer Care desk is always open to help you with all your questions and requirements, including the hire of free stroller, wheelchair and powershopper hire.

      The Customer Care desk is located in the Target precinct, located between Ally and Dymocks.

       

      Accessible Amenities

      Our Disabled Restrooms are located in each amenities corridor in the Coles and Target malls, plus next to the Food Court.

      Disabled parking spaced are located close to the centre entrances for customer convenience.

      FREE Wi-Fi

      Shoppers at Stockland Point Cook can enjoy the benefits of free Wi-Fi hotspots by conveniently surfing the internet through a fast and reliable wireless internet connection for laptops/notebook computers and PDAs across the malls, Town Square and shops.

      There are also free recharge stations available in the Food Court, with both regular powerpoints and USB points for you to power up your device. 

      Gift Cards

      No matter how well you know someone, sometimes it’s hard to find the right present. Give the gift of choice with a Stockland Gift Card. Available from just $10, a Stockland Gift Card can be spent in any participating store in any Stockland Shopping Centre in Australia. 

      The Stockland Gift Card can be purchased from the Customer Care desk, located between Ally and Dymocks in the Target precinct. See in centre for a list of participating stores. Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and have a $1.50 activation fee.


      Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program

      Stockland Point Cook is proud to offer the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in-centre. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is to support people with a hidden disability by making the invisible, visible by indicating a person may need additional support or a little more time.       Visit our friendly Customer Care team located in the Target quadrant to pick up a Sunflower lanyard, pin or wristband today.

      Lost and Found

      If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it. For lost and found property enquiries, make your way to the Customer Care desk located between Ally and Dymocks in the Target precinct, or contact 9395 4722.


      Mobility Equipment

      Motorised Scooters and Wheelchairs are available for hire, free of charge from the Customer Care Desk.

      Parents Room

      Our parents rooms at Stockland Point Cook all carry 5 star ratings and are of the highest quality.  Our Parents' Rooms are located in each of the amenities corridors in each mall.

      Facilities include:

      • Private feeding rooms

      Play Area

      Do you have children aged 3-12 years? Visit the exciting play area in the Target mall. 

      Relax with a coffee and catch up with friends while watching your kids have a great time. 

      The exciting play area has plenty of physical and interactive activities set up to endorse both education and active play.
