Universal Store is a leading edge fashion retailer specialising in on-trend, men’s and women’s fashion. We offer an extensive range of local and international brands and are always working to bring our customers exclusive styles and collections for any occasion. Our friendly team is always here to help you with whatever you need!

The people! Our team are always upbeat and positive!

4. What feedback do you get from your customers?
We always get complimented on our customer service. We all genuinely love our job and love making our customers smile.

5. How have you coped with COVID-19 and what are you looking forward to?
We’re looking forward to seeing everyone again! It was very tough being closed and not being able to style our customers! It was great to have a break but we are stoked to be back and we’re looking forward to finishing off the year with a bang!

6. What do you love about our local community?
That everyone was so excited to have some normality in their lives again. Our community has been so supportive of us and always showing us loyalty. Our customers have waited in lengthy lines so they can support our store rather than shopping online.
