Easy strawberry banana ice cream

Method:
1. Peel and slice the bananas into 1.25 cm | 0.5" thick slices.

2. Spread out the banana slices and strawberries on a large baking tray in a single layer.

3. Freeze for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

4. After freezing, tip the frozen fruit into a high-powered blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender from time to time, about 3 minutes usually.

5. Scoop into waffle cones and serve immediately for best results.

Tips:
You can also freeze the ice cream for a firmer consistency before serving.
