How many car seats can I have checked/fitted?
With this specific service, customers may have two seats checked/installed in one vehicle (one vehicle per customer). Please do not book in if you already have one seat and want two extras put in as this will likely take longer than the allocated 30-minute appointment.
When is this event?
The free baby car seat fittings will take place 9am – 12pm on Tuesday 13th and 27th February, Tuesday 12th and 26th March, Tuesday 9th and 23rd April, Tuesday 7th and 21st May 2024.

What does it cost?
This event is free.
Do I need a booking?
Yes, bookings are required to secure your spot. There are only 6 spots available per day so it is essential to book in as soon as possible.
How long does the appointment last?
We are scheduling 30 minutes per customer, with a maximum of 2 seats and one vehicle per customer. Please be patient as some checks/installs may take longer than the time we’ve allowed.
What time should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 5 minutes early and park in the allocated parking bay if possible.
Is the Kelvin Edwars Baby Car Seat team qualified?
Yes, Hayden has completed 2 courses through the Australian Child Restraint Resource Initiative, 1 course through Kidsafe QLD and has over 11 years’ experience fitting child car seats.
Can you turn my child forward facing?
We can as long as they meet the minimum height requirements. This is a dotted line in your seat that states “must be rear facing if shoulders are below this line”. We highly recommend that if you have an extended rear facing seat that you keep your child rear facing for as long as possible.
