      Stockland Birtinya is located on the corner of Kawana Way and Lake Kawana Boulevard, in the suburb of Birtinya, in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. Adjacent to the world class Sunshine Coast Health Hub and just minutes from Lake Kawana, Birtinya Retirement Village and Bokarina Beach, the centre is easily accessed and offers over 520 convenient car parks.

      Travel by Bus

      There are several bus stops located along Kawana Way, connecting you with Stockland Birtinya. 

      Route maps and  timetables are available from Translink on 131230 or by visiting the Centre Management Office.

      Travel by Taxi

      The taxi rank is located at the entry to the main customer carpark off The Avenue. Alternatively the Centre Management team can assist in arranging for a taxi pick up to the eastern entrance.


      Travel by Bicycle

      Stockland is committed to advancing climate action. Providing sustainable green transport options for our customers is an important part of our commitment.

      There are 6 bike racks at the centre, located near Coles, ALDI, Malt Shovel Taphouse, Hello Harry and Verona Pizza and Wine Bar.

      For security purposes, please ensure you bring your own bike lock.
