Meet Rosemary from Mase Cafe
- Tell us about your store?
Mase Café was established in July 2019, bringing a new culture to Merrylands. We’ve created a twist on middle eastern food, whilst bringing our own flavours to the menu.
- What drives you and your team to success?
We absolutely love what we do and are encouraged by the constant positive feedback of our wonderful customers.
- What do you love about your job?
Our daily interaction with customers, the individual relationships we have formed with our regulars, and doing what we are passionate about - providing great hospitality.

The amazing support and encouragement we receive from our customers. the entire community were so supportive and welcoming to us when we first opened.

Bright, fun and welcoming
- What is your most memorable moment in your store?
Our most memorable moment in the store would probably be the first weekend we traded. We were overwhelmed with the amount of customers we served - in house and takeaway - as well as the visitors and support we received from family, friends and customers! it was one of our proudest moments as cafe owners.
