Meet Helen from Johnny Bigg
- Tell us about your store?
Johnny Bigg was established in 2014 and we are recognised for our menswear which caters for big and tall men. Our sizes start from XL and go up to a 9XL, whereas footwear starts from size 9 and goes up to size 16. The collection is designed for those who want style, comfort, and the perfect fit to suit their body.
- What products, services or experiences do you offer?
We offer a range of different products and services, and our collection is very wide with everything from special occasion suits and smart wear, and on-trend casual wear and accessories. We also stock a range of different smart and casual shoes built with technology especially developed for big and tall guys. Services on top of our usual store duties include helping customers with fittings whether it’s for their everyday style or a special occasion such as a wedding.
- What feedback do you get from your customers?
We have always received excellent customer feedback, stating that we provide great customer service and that our team members are very helpful in ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
- What drives you and the team to success?
The key to success is having a strong effective team working together as one to achieve goals.
- What did you wish customers know before they visited your store?
It’s important that customers are aware that we are a speciality brand catering for big and tall men, and that we are experts in the field of fitting a larger frame.
- What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is simply the fact that we are able to help customers find their perfect fit as they may find it difficult to find their size elsewhere. Seeing their needs being met, and seeing how happy they are with the quality and comfort of the products just makes my day.
