- Tell us about your store?
Fresh Soul caters to the 20 plus year old, who enjoys wearing glamourous day to night wear. It’s a one stop shop for the customer that wants on-trend staples alongside bold printed pieces.
- What feedback do you get from your customers?
Customer’s always compliment our service as always going above and beyond. We keep high expectations for ourselves to ensure customer’s leave the store with exactly what they need for their special occasion or otherwise. They’re always excited by the new arrivals – and they come in weekly to get their fix!
- With regard to your store type, what new trends are you seeing?
The trends of the season showcase long sleeve options, midi length dresses, interesting necklines and matching sets.
- With regard to your store type, what are customers wanting right now?
As a fashion retailer, we’re definitely seeing a need for more relaxed options. We have a handful of styles that offer this, including practical jeans and jersey tops with a twist.
- What is your current role and main responsibilities?
As the supervisor of the store, Julia oversees sales and attends to customers, fulfills day to day tasks and ensures that the shop is performing overall.
- What’s three words that describe your store?
Feminine, on-trend, sexy.
