1. Tell us about your store?
Good Price Pharmacy Shellharbour is a convenient, spacious and inviting store. We are happy and welcoming pharmacy team. We aim to provide our customers with the best possible health solutions at everyday low prices so they can live their best life.
2. What do you love about your store?
We love the relationships that we build with our customers. Our pharmacist George has worked in the Shopping Centre for 30 years and has seen generations of customers grow up.
3. What drives you and the team to success?
We strive to meet the customer needs, improve the health of customers and make lasting connections with the community. In the current climate, it has become even more important. Our people are persistent, work as a team and will never give up until every customer gets a solution.
4. What do you wish customer know before they visit your store?
We have plenty of medication and health care needs to carry people through the current climate. There is no need to panic buy medications and stock them up. If an item is not available then we will make every effort to procure that medication or refer them on to a pharmacy that can fulfill that need.
5. Why do you think Shopping Centres are important?
Shopping Centres provide a meeting place for people such as the APIA walking group. The Centre is safe and comfortable location for people to gather. The Centre can offer social distancing and many entrances to make the community safe. It is helpful for people's mental health and offers a one stop for all lifestyle needs.
6. What makes a great pharmacy?
A great pharmacy is made by the bond pharmacy has with the community. A great pharmacy needs a great team and a willingness to serve others. Patients have individual needs and that requires a tailored solutions for each and every person
7. How have you coped with COVID-19 and what are you looking forward to?
Many of our customers are in the high-risk group, so we have created a delivery service for them. We are looking forward to seeing them in store soon. We look forward to a vaccine for the coronavirus as this will save many lives and return life to normal.
