Starter is our retail incubator program, available at Stockland Merrylands, Green Hills and Shellharbour. It is way for businesses who haven’t operated in a shopping centre environment to trial a retail tenancy in a partnership designed to help you grow into a space that matches your ambition. A collaborative and supportive program where you gain resources and guidance from an established retailer centre network.
