Stockland Birtinya opened in December 2018 and is one of the Sunshine Coast’s newest retail destinations. Located centrally on Kawana Way at Birtinya, the $87 million development offers over 10,000 square metres of retail space and a neighbouring service centre to the region. 

 

The retail district features Coles, ALDI supermarkets plus 40 specialty stores, including two mini-majors, a kids playground and an open-air casual dining precinct. Consciously different, the centre features coastal architectural finishes and a relaxed atmosphere, where convenience meets community. 

 

Stockland Birtinya Shopping Centre is a retail extension of Stockland’s growing residential community and the town centre’s dynamic urban heart, where our vibrant coastal lifestyle meets the fast-growing urban hub of the Sunshine Coast Hospital precinct.
