Take your next dinner party to the next level with Miguel’s zesty vinaigrette hack. You’ll have your guests smacking their lips and singing your praises before you can say bon appétit!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Glass jar
- Sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Sea salt
- Mustard
- Parsely
- Basil
Method
1. Add the vinegar of your choice to the glass jar, along with two to three parts olive oil.
2. Next add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the mix for some acidity.
3. Add a pinch of sea salt and a scoop of mustard.
4. Sprinkle in some finely chopped fresh herbs, like parsley and basil.
5. Screw the lid onto the jar and give it a good shake to combine the vinaigrette.
6. Add the jar to the fridge ready to be splashed onto a salad.
