Pick, peel, and pack a flavour punch with Miguel’s easy ginger hack.
What you’ll need:
Method
1. Take your piece of ginger root and snap it in half, placing the portion for use on the paper towel ready for peeling.
2. Using the spoon, begin to scrape off the skin of the ginger root in downwards motions.
3. Rotate the portion of ginger as needed and continue using the spoon to peel the root until all skin has been removed.
4. Once peeling is complete, wrap the removed ginger skin in the paper towel and discard using your preferred method. Your fresh ginger root is now ready to rock!
