The Stockland Graduate Program typically has 15-25 places each year across various functions, including Property Development, Property Management, Design, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Research, Legal, Customer Insights and Communication. The Program runs for two years, with graduates becoming permanent employees on day one as you develop your capability and gain experience in the property industry.
