Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

In line with our vision and sustainability strategy, our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan aims to make a valuable contribution to our communities and our country by helping to shape thriving communities that value, respect and celebrate Australia's First Peoples.

Our Innovate RAP (2020-22) sets out our commitment to deepen our understanding of our shared histories, cultures, and achievements and explore ways we can contribute to reconciliation in Australia, becoming a part of our everyday thinking and actions.

We are proud of our role in shaping Australia's future and diversity of careers pathways available for our people

We are proud to be continuously recognised for our dedication to inclusivity

Our diversity & inclusion endeavours are consistently recognised by awards and accolades.
