Following the success of Halcyon Berwick, Stockland's first community for over 55s in Victoria, Halcyon Evergreen is set to launch in May this year.

Just 10km from Halcyon Berwick, Halcyon Evergreen is located within Stockland's broader masterplanned community Evergreen, in the south-eastern growth corridor of Clyde.

Project Director Nicole Guirguis said it was exciting for Halcyon Communities to continue expanding in the Victorian market.
