Excitement builds as Halcyon Horizon Clubhouse races toward completion!

Halcyon Horizon’s impressive $14.5 million clubhouse is taking shape quickly and is on track for opening in H2 2025. With major milestones achieved across the site, excitement is building as we get closer to welcoming homeowners into this vibrant new community hub.

Social Wing
The Social Wing is moving fast, rough-in and wall sheeting are completed, and joinery installation is scheduled to be installed over the coming fortnight.  

Library
All joinery is now installed, offering a clear vision of the space. Picture bookshelves ready to be filled and cozy corners perfect for a good read.

Cinema
Feature acoustic panels are now in place, enhancing both the look and the listening experience. The gold class seats are set to be installed in the coming weeks!

Games Area
The pool table has been installed, and the golf simulator installation is taking place this week.

Pool Area
Ceiling installation is nearly finished, and scaffolding will be removed shortly. Next step will be making way for tiles to be laid. 

Landscaping & Bowling Green
Brick planter boxes now wrap around the building, footpaths are complete, and the bowling green is boxed in and ready for the paving slab. 

Soft Scaping
The final touch of greenery has begun now that the site hoarding has come down, this will bring to life the clubhouse surrounds.
