Free events at Newport and Promenade to celebrate savings for Stockland homebuyers

30 January 2019

A series of free events at Stockland’s Newport and Promenade Rothwell communities will help celebrate an exciting new deal which is offering homebuyers a raft of sweet savings.

From the opening festivities of a new range of waterfront display homes to an action-packed evening of family entertainment, residents and visitors are invited to join in the fun of Stockland’s Home Sweeter Home Sale.

Newport will be hosting an evening launch of three brand new waterfront display homes in its premium Quay precinct on 2 February, from 5-7pm, featuring the latest  home designs and innovations.

The luxury homes will showcase the very best of modern living from some of Queensland’s leading builders and the magical evening will include a different surprise in each home.

On February 9, customers and prospective buyers will have the chance to explore the nearby $44 million Promenade Rothwell community with an exclusive tour of new homes sites in a Walk The Lots event on 9 February, from 4pm-5.30pm.

The Walk The Lots event will include light refreshments and the friendly Stockland team will be on hand to answer questions about the new community which is currently under construction.

Meanwhile, Newport’s Display Village will come alive with a special Twilight Family Event on February 9 from 4pm to 7pm with a host of activities including free face painting, games, sports and gardening demonstrations.

Enjoy something to eat from one of the many food stalls and take a look at the laidback lifestyle on offer in this beautiful community as part of a full program of fun at the display village, on the corner of Griffith Road and Boardman Road, Newport.

Stockland’s Home Sweeter Home Sale, from 14 January to 3 March, is offering $10,000 off all residential lots in Stockland’s thriving Queensland communities as well as a $20,000 deposit reduction on townhomes.

There is also help available with the construction process, with up to $25,000 available in bonuses from a selection of Stockland’s building partners.

David Laner, Queensland General Manager for Residential Communities at Stockland, said the significant savings on offer would make buying a brand new home even more affordable.

“We are pleased to offer homebuyers even more value with a potential saving of up to $35,000 currently on home and land packages. In addition, eligible first home buyers can still benefit from the State Government’s First Home Owners Grant of $15,000,” Mr Laner said.

“I encourage everyone to join in the celebrations at these free events and explore the wide range of affordable, quality housing options and enviable lifestyle on offer.’’
